The Muscles & Movement Group carries out fundamental and applied research on the functioning and malfunctioning of the musculoskeletal system.
The research activities are centered around three focus areas:
– Tissue-engineering of skeletal muscle.
– Functional morphology and clinical research of the musculoskeletal system, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of pathologies such as osteoarthrosis and low back pain;
